Governmental & HUD Construction

Navigating the complex, and at times tedious, process of developing and constructing a governmental or HUD project is an area of great proficiency for our team. Having completed multiple projects in this area, we are intimately familiar with the specific requirements and obstacles faced when taking on governmental construction. This knowledge encompasses a deep understanding of tax credit application process, HUD financing, and HUD draws including certified payroll requirements (Davis-Bacon). We have experience with HUD 221D4 and 223F financing as well as USDA RD538 funding for projects. Additionally, we have participated in numerous Low Income Tax Credit applications as both Contractor and Developer of record.

Along those lines, we have developed close working relationships with HUD and ADFA, as well as Tax Credit Lenders across the State of Arkansas and the country. Recently completed projects include a 65 home low income housing development for the Pine Bluff Housing Authority in Pine Bluff, AR and a 55 home development for the Jacksonville Housing Authority in Jacksonville, AR. Both projects were completed in six months, including the initial development of the subdivision.
